Property Administrator – Maternity Leave – 1 Year Contract

Position Profile:

Working as a key member of the Operations team, the Property Administrator ensures timely administration of all property related documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the timely scheduling, negotiation and renewal of all service contracts (snow removal, landscaping, HVAC maintenance, fire alarm, security systems etc…)
  • Ensuring efficient administration of purchase orders; creation , distribution, tracking, validation, coding…)
  • Creating & maintaining Supplier Rate Sheet
  • Maintaining various lists/ spreadsheets including control of  utilities billing with accounting group as well as up to date equipment lists

Desired Skills and Experience:

Organised, efficient and able to keep track of multiple documents simultaneously, the Lease Administrator is an excellent bilingual communicator with a can-do attitude who is able to perform in the fast pace of Commercial Real Estate. Efficient computer skills are essential as is the ability to refine  & define processes where necessary.
