Harvey Wolfe, B.Arch. – Chairman

Harvey Wolfe founded Shapiro & Wolfe in 1958 after receiving his Bachelor of Architecture. With their first commercial development project on St. Hubert Street in Montreal some 50 years ago, he recognized a need for hands on, effective and reliable development and management solutions. A firm believer in building strong partnerships and lasting business relationships, Mr. Wolfe found that they were able to fill this need. Since that initial project, the company has developed several hundred thousand square feet of commercial space on and off the island of Montreal, inclusive of enclosed malls such as Quartier Cavendish and close to 100,000 square feet of strip centres on Montreal’s West Island.  Mr. Wolfe’s  years of experience in architecture, development, construction and finance have been instrumental in forming the thinking and approach Mandevco holds today.

Michael Wolfe, L.L.M – President

Michael joined the company more than 25 years ago bringing with him several years of legal practice in leasing and commercial issues.  A disciplined lawyer with natural business acumen for the evaluation and creation of successful projects, Michael’s excellent relationship building skills has been key to the company’s success. Michael’s focus has been on the development and acquisition of new and existing projects and since joining the company; Mandevco’s portfolio has increased to close to 1.6 million square feet of real estate.  With exposure to all types of real estate and experience with all forms of projects, from development to construction to management, Michael has built a team of committed professionals who are able to see any project from concept to creation.

Jon Goyette – Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O)

Jon joined Mandevco in 2018 as a leasing intern and quickly progressed through roles such as Leasing Specialist, Director of Leasing, and Senior Director of Leasing and Operations. His eagerness to learn and strong work ethic have made him a vital member of Mandevco’s senior management, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and long-term strategy. In 2024, Jon was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where he continues to lead Mandevco's ongoing development.

Jennifer Croll Wolfe – Talent and Culture Specialist

With a background in Human Resources that spans over 20 years and includes experience in various industries including Retail, Technology, Food Services, Law and consulting, Jennifer has been part of the Mandevco team for over 10 years. As our Talent & Culture Specialist, Jennifer ensures that the Mandevco Team is always staffed with motivated, qualified, service oriented members and that we are all working towards the same goals of providing industry leading services to our clients and partners.
